Introducing NoPainHeals

We integrate therapeutic exercise into interactive games — diverting attention from discomfort to entertainment, while the clinical work carries on underneath.

NoPainHeals changes paediatric therapy by folding therapeutic exercise into engaging, interactive games. Treatment sessions become experiences children enjoy — without giving up clinical effectiveness.

By combining projection technology, motion sensors and game design principles, we help children reach their therapeutic goals through play, so every session is something they look forward to rather than endure.

Where traditional therapy asks a child to push through discomfort and repetition on willpower alone, NoPainHeals removes that burden entirely. The therapeutic movement still happens — the child's attention is simply on the game, not the exercise. The result is longer sessions, higher rep counts and better engagement, without the resistance.

Three delivery surfaces

Table, floor and wall — each one targets a different body.

The surface you project onto determines the movement you get. That's the whole design principle.

Interactive Sandbox Games

Immersive touchscreen table experiences that develop hand–eye coordination, fine motor skills and cognitive ability through game environments built for therapeutic progress.

A child sits or stands at a responsive surface where every tap, drag and gesture becomes part of the game. Because the interface reacts instantly and visibly, children stay motivated to repeat the fine-motor movements a therapist needs them to practise — sorting, pinching, tracing, tapping — without registering them as exercises at all.

Best for

Fine motor development · hand–eye coordination · cognitive and pre-writing skills

Floor Projection Games

Dynamic floor-projected games that encourage movement, balance training and lower-body work. Children step on interactive elements, turning physical activity into play.

A projector turns the floor itself into a game space — stepping stones to jump between, targets to stomp, paths to balance along. This gets a child moving, weight-shifting and balancing in ways a static exercise mat rarely achieves, because the game gives them a reason to keep going: score, progression, or simply the fun of the next challenge appearing underfoot.

Best for

Gross motor development · balance training · lower-body strength and coordination

03

Wall Projection Games

Interactive wall displays that strengthen upper-body movement, hand–eye coordination and reaching through touch-responsive projected games.

Games are projected onto a wall and the child interacts by reaching, tapping or swiping at targets. This naturally draws out arm extension, shoulder mobility and reaching patterns that are often difficult to elicit through conventional instruction — because the child is chasing the next target, not following a count.

Upper-body strength · shoulder and arm mobility · reaching and extension

Therapist-led by design

Technology should complement the therapist, never replace one.

NoPainHeals doesn't decide what a child needs. It makes the thing you already decided worth doing for thirty more minutes.

You set the goal. The activity is chosen to match the session objective, not the other way round.

You set the difficulty. Target size, speed, range and duration adjust to the child in front of you — and again mid-session if they tire or surge.

You keep the clinical judgement. The system reports what happened; the interpretation stays with the person qualified to make it.
