We are NoPainHeals

This did not start as a product idea. It started with a two-year-old, a diagnosis, and a parent who kept noticing the same things going wrong in therapy sessions.

How this began

Our co-founder's son was diagnosed with autism at the age of two. Everything NoPainHeals does traces back to what the family learned in the years that followed.

Therapy worked. What was hard was everything around it — holding a small child's attention through repetition, getting through sessions that were uncomfortable, and never quite being able to tell whether this week was better than last. None of that is a failure of the therapist or of the child. They are gaps in how paediatric therapy is delivered.

Rather than accept them, she started building. Today her son is six, and the progress has been significant. He is also the child you see performing the activities in our product videos.

My journey with NoPainHeals is deeply personal. Those experiences inspired me to transform what I learned into a digital platform that can help other children and families facing similar challenges.

What that taught us

A parent sees the parts of therapy a clinic cannot: the journey there, the resistance at the door, the home exercises that never quite happen, the week where you cannot tell whether anything improved. An engineer sees where a system could carry some of that weight.

NoPainHeals exists where those two views meet. It is built for the therapist's goals, by people who have lived the parent's side of the same session.

The founders

A parent who needed this, and an engineer who could build it

Two people holding the halves of the problem that had to meet: lived experience of paediatric therapy, and the craft to turn a therapeutic goal into a game a child wants to play.

Kajal Patel

Co-founder · Mother

A mother whose experience NoPainHeals is built on. Her son was diagnosed with autism at two, and the years of therapy that followed showed her exactly where the gaps were.

She leads what the platform does and who it is for, and tests most of it with the toughest reviewer available.

Sanjay Dabhi

Co-founder · Game and AR/VR Developer

A game and AR/VR developer. What makes a child chase one more target rather than stop is ordinary craft in game design — and almost unheard of in a therapy room.

He builds the interactive side: the projection and sensing that read a child's movement, and the games that turn a clinical goal into something worth doing again.

Our approach

Four principles behind every activity we build

Play to learn

Children learn and practise movements through interactive games they genuinely enjoy.

Move & improve

Games encourage physical movement, coordination, balance and motor skills.

Learn by following

Clear visual instructions help children understand and follow therapeutic activities.

Make therapy enjoyable

We aim to reduce boredom and make every session more engaging and positive.

Where we stand

Technology should complement the therapist, not replace one.

We are clear about what NoPainHeals is. It is a delivery tool: it makes the exercise a therapist has already prescribed more likely to be completed, and it records what happened while it was. It does not diagnose. It does not decide a treatment plan. It does not substitute for a qualified clinician's judgement about a particular child.

We think that distinction matters, and we would rather state it plainly on our own website than let a demo imply otherwise.

Book a demo

See a child finish the session smiling.

We will walk your team through the games, the hardware and the reporting — and show you exactly how NoPainHeals fits the room and the clinical goals you already work to.
